Archival video of a granddaughter’s visit to her grandmother is woven together with favorite photos and home movies of their family celebrations. It was part of a larger documentary profile that featured her parents and siblings and was commissioned by the granddaughter.

A mother and her two grown children reminisce about their family Christmas celebrations and the role of her husband in maintaining decades-old traditions. The film was commissioned as a gift for the husband’s 70th birthday.

"The Roots of Love"

Five adult children share their impressions of their grandparents, parents, and growing up together. The film was commissioned by the children as a tribute to their grandmother.

"I’m So Lucky"

A 70-year-old grandfather recounts the story of his youth, education, career and marriage along with the challenges he faced and the life lessons he learned. The film was commissioned by his daughters as a gift after he gave up on the idea of writing his autobiography. 

"Hello Dolly"

Four adult children and their spouses, children, friends and neighbors share heartfelt and often amusing recollections of the remarkable life of a family matriarch on the occasion of her 90th birthday.

"How They Met "

A long-married couple share stories about their courtship, their life together and the family they built. The film was commissioned by the couple's son.

Friends and family regale a man on the occasion of his 60th birthday in this surprise tribute commissioned by his wife.
